Shipping

We currently ship within the country and to select international destinations. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days domestically and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on your location.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $100. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track My Order page.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@utdweb.team with your order number.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and makeup products cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different shade or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order, so you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refill Program

Refill pouches follow a separate, simplified return policy — reach out to us directly if a refill arrives damaged or incorrect.
